My why.

As a GTM leader with 12 years of experience, I have consistent, proven experience in developing and driving the strategy, execution, and quantification of sales enablement, transformation, and operations initiatives. My specialty is taking a data-driven, outcome-based approach to enablement work, including outcomes that correlated to multi-million attributed impact on revenue.

In my experience in sales and enablement, I've equipped demand generation reps, nine-figure quota-carrying enterprise teams, customer success teams, solution architects, and marketing teams with strategies, tools, content, methodologies, and programs to elevate their customer interactions. That doesn't mean I've seen it all. But my Myers Briggs, Instinctive Drives, and DISC show my number one superpower is innovation. I simply love to brainstorm, to take creative approaches to address challenges, and to do it uniquely in a way that's never been done before. I would love to help you brainstorm how to take yourself, your idea, or your organization to the next level.

I also actually love public speaking. Seriously. For me, it's a way to connect with others at scale, and talk about things in an authentic way - cutting out the fluff and discussing what people realy want to hear. I recently led a Sales Kick-Off session at Amazon Web Services that spread organically to 6,000 unique viewers globally in one month, and was the 13th most watched session for the entire event.

Last, but most important, I am passionate about being a women in tech leadership and supporting other minority stakeholders through skill development programs, recruitment efforts, and outreach. I am on the global board of WiSE, women in sales enablement, because I believe women deserve a seat at the table.

 

I am also the co-founder of Purpose and Pine Retreats, with the mission of bringing women together to recharge, reflect, and connect.
